Publishing

Publishing in my classroom often depends on the project we are working on and the length of time we need to create the final piece.  My goal is to try to publish work once per month. If you have the ability to post student work on the WWW this gives a whole new audience for student work. On my Classroom Launcher I have a student showcase spot for published work. Make sure to follow your districts guidelines for publishing student work.

Here are a few guidelines for publishing student work:

    Get parent permission
    Send home a copy of the work to be published
    Use only first names
    Images should be non-identifiable
    Posted information should be showcase of work
