Merging

Merge Documents is not so much a part of the writing process as it is a way to easily manage letters and documents you need to send home.

1. Open the Word Document
2. Go To Tools and Mail Merge
3. Follow each of the 3 steps on the screen
When you get to step 2. You will have to go back and enter your field names. Then start the merge again.
